At times when reading the books I often felt sorry for some in the characters in the vermin horrids. A few of them were captured by scouts and were given the option to either join and fight, or die; including killing their families.

The scene here basicly is myself (on the left) as a Redwall character apart of a horride, offering a new forced recruit what little meal I have as comfort. That seems like something I would do at least once in that situation. The life of a forced recruit is cruel and short in this world. I say I'd rather spend it enjoying the little things I could offer. :) Secretly that is - without seeming soft in the eyes of the warlord. ;)

One of my better artworks. :) Redwall lately has been a new interest of mine; and I plan to collect Brian Jacques's Redwall novel series. The drawing I did here was based on Redwall and a couple of other points. I will say I have never drawn in this style before (realistic anthro) and felt it came out much better than I thought it would. Since I wanted everything to fit into place, it took a while for me to come up with the story, the story's geography; and coming up with names for the characters and settlements.

A Redwall based drawing; I decided to bring back my classic dark shading with gold bits art style here. It's drawing of a Pine Marten captain named Sullivan DeHide - the first to obtain a canon; or so that is what's believed. These are the testing grounds; and the main problem is the cannon takes a few seconds too long to fire - though still an advantage.

Sullivan's hat doesn't give the best drawing prospective, but I can get over it. Hell, maybe he just tilted it too much and it's sliding off.

This is the 'Southward Vermin Alliance' airship, over Salamandastron at the western sea. Someone learned the physics of flight early... but no motors here; it's all skimming by sail.

Another one of my best - a ship I designed for one of the forums I'm on. The ship currently has no name, and no owner/capitan. I'm a lot better at drawing structures and landscapes than anything else like furries and avatars.

Back when my style was of dark shading with gold bits. Mrs. Brisby playing a Stoneway Piano. 'Stoneway' believe it or not, came from the idea of Stoneway Pianos from the Flintstones TV series. At the time of this drawing, I was also deeply into that show.

As a fan of the Christmas Carol, I ended up with the Scrooge and Marbly bit as a random picture to draw.

A ship I drew while at a super bowl/fur-meet party. I just sat down and decided to draw a random ocean liner. I titled it the Trompe Murdoch Ship (TMS) Morgan.

I designed this truck from scratch. It's called the van Göff Glanz; which stands for 'grace'. The front grill is like a shield that landed on the mid bumper to bend it into the van 'V'.

The United Mustelinae Empire has a royal railroad system? Yes, why not? ;) I could see that in their near future operated by some ferret. *grin* Honestly I just wanted to see how the name would look on a locomotive.

When I drew the locomotive my intent was for it to look like something one has seen; but with a bit of my own designes to not look like any other. I'm not sure what it's supposed to run on when I designed the tank. Perhaps hydrogen electric; or biodiesel-electric. It could also have a steam turbine, yes; used only during high speeds for greater efficiency. Whatever it's fuel, it's most definitely something different from what we know today.
